Today I share my new favorite colorless deck. It goes hard and has a very high win-rate (6:2)!

Nice to see some forsaken monuments paires with chaos wand ! And so you know, Wastes are not a bug, they are the supertypes basic but not a Land type (ie subtype like plains etc) they are just basic with no types

Watching this video broke my brain in multiple ways. I was expecting turbo Ulamog Scenanigans, ended up with something MUCH worse (for the better) The whole video had me in a trance where I was in a limbo between blowing out in laughter and pausing to pronounce the longest "whaaaattheeeffuuuck?!?" known to man. 10/10. Instant sub. I want to play this deck now

It is not a Bug, Waste call as a Basic Land but not a Basic land typ.

I dont think the boseiju "bug" is an actual bug. It doesn't say basic land, is says basic land type, meaning plains, swamp, forest, mountain and island (you can get triomes with it therefore). I might be wrong tho

If I were to add a playset to the main deck I feel like it would be hard to find something to replace since a lot of the cards synergize and flat adding it might cause opening hand consistently to go down a bit. Maybe adding it to sideboard for the Karn stack might work better. The only thing I can see working as safety removal for it would be Ulamog and by the time you play him, the opponent is on a 3 turn clock and scoops usually. It'd be up to you, if you try it out and it makes the deck better, let me know :)

It's all good! The deck is already very rare/mythic heavy to craft, so adding 4 mythics probably wouldn't help with the wildcard issue, but hopefully you could get to try the deck out at some point :)

Not many updates, but so long as you could cast a spell, any tappable artifact could be used infinitely when you have the paradox engine active and if you use a chaos wand, you could untap using the opponents spells. My main artifacts I have in karn's sideboard for tapping are the invasion tree and deck of many things, but things like magistrate's scepter or ichormoon gauntlet (with any of the prism mana used in the deck to play) could be used to take infinite turns. There are several search cards in the deck to grab ulamog, ugin, or emrakul such as the planar bridge, but if you wanted to put something else in the deck that is high mana cost, you could use the bridge to grab them for free, though I feel that the 3 I have listed are some of the best options for this. For the LOTR set, If you wanted to add the one ring, it would be hard for you to get rid of without ulamog, but I suppose you could keep tapping it to draw until you hit ulamog so you won't have to worry about dealing lethal to yourself with the ring. Pantir of Orthanc is a good option to karn sideboard since it's really just a flat bonus for you and they might hit emrakul with the mill dealing 13 damage to themself plus whatever else gets milled leading to a potential OTKO since everything costs 3+. That said, these are speculative, I haven't tried them since the One Ring is risky without a way to get rid of it and I just haven't made a pantir yet.

play to the daily challenges and you'll get enough gold for one or two packs a day, every pack has a 12.5% chance to contain a mythic with a chance for a mythic wild card and every 30 packs is a guarantied bonus mythic wild, so while it sounds like you won't get many, they build up fast when you open packs. I like to save enough for a bulk batch since it makes it more fun to open. When building a deck over time, you could always start with one or two of the mythics you want and you could see if a full playset is even necessary or if just a couple works better and focus on the main meat and potatoes of the combo first before adding any bonus combos, it gives you time to practice in unranked matches.

I think Karn is now banned in historic, so the rest of the deck would still work, but you can't destroy their land every turn anymore. It's still a good deck, just can't bully the same way.

with older cards, they need to be from wildcards and searching for uncollected cards, from the rest, between M20 and Brothers War, especially sets like Aether Revolt Remastered and Brothers War for the artifact reprints

Kind of a lie...not really an Eldrazi deck. It's a Karn deck. Most the games you won were due to Karn. Card needs to go in all formats its legal in. Cool edits though

Yeah, I had a hard time figuring out where to cut it down any further since the stuff in the main deck is all important to the end game, possibly 2 of the liquimetals could increase the consistency since they become redundant unless you have a mirror room and multiple Karns in play, but I don't know where else to cut

The eldrazis that are spoken about are ulamog and emrakul, it's fast because you could get both game ending eldrazi in 5 turns

@@IcebaneFilms My point is if someone named his deck Eldrazi deck that others expect a lot of Eldrazi in his deck. Similar confusing naming in Wizards Eldrazi Unbound with 7 Eldrazi of 100 cards.

@GeneticResearch my apologies for the confusion, aside from scoops, the primary way the deck wins is with ulamog, everything else is in the deck to slow down the opponent or get ulamog or emrakul out faster. Would you prefer something along the lines of "Fast Ulamog" for the name? People scoop a lot against this deck when they see how quick the mana ramps or that I'm running ugin as a board wipe and karn as mana destruction

You won most the games from Karn/Coating. Sure Ulamog maybe "finished" the games they didn't scoop but most were in garbage time anyways at that point with you having a huge mana advantage due to Karn. Not a big deal just funny is all. Also you hit the lotto on opponents. So many weird off Meta decks. I play this deck and all I see is Rakdos carving my hand to death.

@@savagesnadgaming7252 ye, I play this deck all the time but I had a long string of karn setups after I hit record. Usually it's some flavor of infinite combo, ugin scoops, or eldrazi scoops when I'm not drawing karn in the first 3 turns. It certainly has its counters like rakdos, as you said, anything with artifact hate, and other decks that do the same thing. The main reason I call it fast eldrazi is because I started building the deck with getting ulamog out as fast as I can in mind.
