Very interesting deck! Personally, I would have added the proliferation package with evolution sage and the proliferate lands. Not only would I be growing my hydra (both directly and through adding counters to my planeswalkers), but I would be ulting planeswalkers more often.

At the end of the day, Teferi is the only one with a real ultimate. Bastion would be way too greedy on the mana in this deck.

Love your videos. I have a challenge for you and one heck of a idea for a video that I have yet to find anyone doing on RU-vid or anywhere else. Take only the cards from the list of free decks u get when starting the game and between all those cards build the best playable deck you can come up with. This would be awesome to watch and also a huge complement to you by all the new players wanting to build your deck. You can even call it something like F2P Lengend Deck

There's not enough synergy between those cards sadly. Check out the upgrade guide series if you haven't already. Some of the upgrades use very few wildcards.

Did you try to fit Evolution Sage into this deck? Almost every permanent comes into play with counters on it, so proliferate seems good.

Hi, I am new to this game and it has been only a week. I really like it and your videos are awesome. It would be of great help if you could put out a video on how to make a budget Dimir control deck (assuming its even possible). Nevertheless it would be really interesting and nice to have a reference for future upgrades and building.

I can give u advice. That is a good ideia but at tge begining create budget deck( maybe try update begining deck) with only comum or incomum... and work on that deck more late...

I understand the reasoning for using Seal Away over Ixalan's (Teferis and Ugin can handle enchantment removal), but it just feels like this deck would get hurt pretty bad by a enchantment focused deck that managed to get one to stick. Like the old Dawn of Hope/Divine Visitation combo.

The deck has quite a bit of selection with cards like Narset and Tamiyo, so it can find Teferi and Ugin in the matchups where we need to deal with enchantments.

Bryce Cheng so do you put the eggs on your head that you already ate? Do you wait for them to come out or do you spit them back up before they go down? or is there 2 separate groups of eggs, one to be eaten and one to put on your head? So many questions.

He asks the stream chat or builds a deck out of a rare/mythic he gets from packs or is otherwise impressed by. This deck happened after he had a really good performance out of the Bioessence Hydra in a Sarkhan Superfriends deck.

Ugin, Kasmina, Tamiyo getting back a wincon, Fblthp beatdown (enhanced by Ajani), or even Teferi ultimate can all win the game.

Returning a creature only happens if you have creature(s) on board. The board wipe happens regardless.

More Narsets, Baffling End, Prison Realm, Crushing Canopy, some counterspells is a good place to start.

Only one removal spell? I don't like passive decks, because you give opponent time, and with time rng aspect increase, so you probability of lose is bigger.

It has Seal away for exiling single targets,time wipe for board clear,Ugin can destroy any nonland permanent. It also has both Teferi which can -3 to slow opponent down.

What Lord Fifth said, plus Kasmina who creates blockers. Of course RDW and WW are tough matchups, but I wouldn't call this a "passive" deck with one removal spell.
