The intros are reminding me a little of a Yugioh channel I used to love, Yugioh 4 Real Men. They often had silly / thematic music like the Ode to Joy that played when they assembled their janky combos. If you know / remember the rules of Yugioh, I highly recommend looking up Weather Report OTK

there is a ton of synergy in the current standard. even though there have been complete fails like trickery, oko, uro, or the companions, these last sets have been really well crafted to work with each other.

Today I got memed on by a similar deck, except that the guy played ALL the Gods, even from Theros, and activated the World Tree to get them all in play. It was quite the sight, to see so many animations playing in a game is cards. You should try that one too, LVDit's not that different from this one, just need to have a few more sweepers before you can get going.

Isn't there some downside to attacking with the creatures, just in case they cast removal during combat and making you lose the extra Mana for casting creatures?

Yeah, in that specific scenario Stomp on Kinnan would've been bad, so should've attacked first. Although the way they played the previous turn made that less likely.

This weakness of this deck is it cannot defend against flying creatures. Not many flyers that can kill the enemy flyers and not much removal.

I put together a bad version of this deck last night, without ever seeing anyone doing anything like it. I just was brewing with random rares. Now when I play it, people with think I am a Legend fanboy! I mean, I am, but I don't like people to know.
