I would watch and sub to a stream of yours, but I do want to say that I love the current way the videos are. The decks are always either unique, fun, budget, or creative - and often are all those descriptions in one! The tech is thorough, and expressive. Overall good vibes. Good work
I have not played a game in at least two years, but i watch your videos everyday. When you showed the lava runner in the sideboard i thought "wow, that creature is perfect, it gets better with removal-haste and power boost! I love it! Keep up the good work sir.

I would think this card would go great in a Sultai deck with merfolk as well. This and Quasiduplicate to keep those EBTs going could be pretty awesome.

I imagine you get asked this question a LOT and it would be stupid of me to assume you've never even considered making videos of your decks in action. I just haven't watched the video where that question has been answered. Is there anyone here who could help me out?
can you imagine a deck like this but with Ahn Crop crashers + Earthshaker Kenras ..... would be dank in this standard, but not good enough for modern lol
I think R/U Land Destruction may be possible in standard right now. Crackling Drake and/or Enigma Drake make all those land destruction spells count for something plus both mana ramp 2 drops are wizards (Goblin Electromancer and Vodalian Arcanist) so it is possible to run wizards lightning. Sadly Arena won't let me create or edit decks so I can't do any testing unless I commit to building it for FNM. Here's the list I was thinking about: 4 Goblin Electromancer, 4 Vodalian Arcanist, 4 Lightning Strike, 4 Wizard's Lightning, 4 Risk Factor, 4 Demolish, 4 Seismic Shift, 4 Tectonic Rift, 4 Crackling Drake 24 lands with at least 4 Sulphur Falls. SB definitely needs Lava Coil. I somewhat like Blink of an Eye but don't know if it would fit in the deck or be in SB. I think this version has enough direct damage to be a threat and slows the opponent down with all the LD.
I really think that you should consider a Jund version of menagerie. Basically combine this deck with the sweet jund video you made. the combo with path of discovery curving into Menagerie targeting wildgrowth Walker, pelt collector(Texas), and jadelight Ranger is ridiculous. I am really surprised you did not cover the combo in either list? Gain 15 life and put 3 beefcakes into play for 5 mana sign me up. The decks explosive life gain allows for 4 copies of midnight reaper. That plus the red splash for 2 frenzies help you dig for more combo pieces.
I think Gruesome Menagerie is very underrated. A mono black deck could be in the cards (pun intended) in the future (i.e. Dread Shade, Knight of Malice in the main, etc. plus the potential for artifact creatures, Vicious Offering has synergy). Tons of potential for this card!
What happened to the sideboard card name text? Also I love your brews man. You take decks that aren't really considered and awesome brews and make them as competitive as possible. Brews I'd wanna play.
What about Dark-Dweller Oracle or Costly Plunder to get stuff into the GY? Severed Strands or Vicious Offering? Or, the flavor win: Whisper, Blood Liturgist?
There's gotta be some way to shoehorn Duress and Raiders' Wake into this build with Burglar Rat and Plaguecrafter already there because the idea of a deck called 'Red Rack' seems too spicy to pass up.
YOU SHOULD REALLY PUT TORGAR, FAMINE INCARNATE IN THE DECK. He is able to put your 1 drop, 2 drop, and 3 drop in your graveyard and get him out (hes a 7/6) for 2 mana then reduce an aponet to half their starting life total. Now you can gruesome mengareie the 3 guys you sacrificed to torgar. And if you want to put thud in the deck you can then sac torgar with thud killing your oponet.
Rafael Ortiz really depends whether your playing control or aggro. Divest, pilfering imp, plaguecrafter, Vona’s Hunger, Phyrexian Scriptures, Eldest Reborn, Karn, & Artifacts can deal with Vine Mare. Mono Black control is not a “friendly” magic deck. It wins by Disrupting, Drawing, & Destroying.
Nah. From the rulings: "If you don’t have a creature card in your graveyard with one converted mana cost, you just continue on to the next." If they wanted to force having the picks, they'd either make it target, or they'd add "If you do" in there.
Question. Now hear me out I get the card plaguecrafter. I understand it. I know what edict effects are but what if you respond. “I just can’t sacrifice my only 4/4” I’ll just discard a card.” The card doesn’t say must. So can someone do this.
No. The card doesn't say sacrifice or, the board state is what dictates what effect is selected not the player if they have a single 8/8 in play it's going to the graveyard like it or not.
Yup. The only way you "can't" sacrifice a creature is if you have none on the board, and in that case you discard a card. "I can't" as in "it'll break my heart" or "it's a horrible move" just wont cut it :)

@@SBMTG lol, thanks for the reply. Three is good number. Ive had three cats before. I think any more than four though and you're at rick to become the " crazy cat neighbor" . ive got 1.5 cats now. My indoor outdoor cat" fat fred ", and then this stray hes cool with, that he brings around sometimes. That stray is literally the only cat Fred likes. We call him Shawn Mathews. He wants to trust humans but he's not 100%. He only let's me and my dad go near him.

Gruesome Menagerie does not say you "may" choose a creature with converted mana cost. So, wouldn't this mean that you "must" have all 3 mana cost in the graveyard? I would look up the ruling on this card but that's always a headache....lol

Is there an argument to be made for more black sources? There aren't any RR cards in the maindeck and there's a decent risk of not being able to cast Menagerie on turn 5 with only 12 black sources.
The card says return a one mana, creature then return a two mana creature, then return a three mana creature. So they don't enter at the exact same time, they enter in that order. 123. The other wizards are 2 drops so the 3 drop would see them on the battlefield
This deck is cool and all, but it's just really a budget build of burn that most people are already playing with a different top end. I would have preferred to see Mono Black Zombies revisited with Menagerie at it's top end since Liliana's Mastery rotated, and this takes it's slot getting just as good value at the same cost. If not Zombies, a Mono Black Aggro or Midrange with Menagerie would be cool. Just for the sake of a "new" list nobody Is really playing. Again, not knocking the deck, just wish it wasn't the kind of deck theme with the usual core build for the most part....
Anyone else having problems on MTG Arena with Token builds? Opened so many packs and don't even have the non pirate wipe. Don't see Goblin Chainlwhirler on Area because it's impossible to get ? I get the same 8 rares opening packs shit is rigged up.

Carl Moores There’s a difference between content creator (celebrity?) and pro. Watch a pro if you want but you’ll find they aren’t greatly entertaining
