Very nice review of your Alaska F40 set. I love the PFA chatter on this unit, seems really unique. I still can't believe they put 3 domes in a set, that's such a great thing to do and I don't put it past MTH to do something like that. MTH = Value.

Genuinely I love that extended start up sequence so much, there’s so much going on and is like a perfect little sample of the sounds that come with the engine. I didn’t even realise how lucky I was to get three dome cars in this set and how much value went into It, makes me love it even more~!

Great looking set johnnie! Those MTH ready to run railking sets definitely have a lot of play value for the price. I’m still on the hunt for a Metra F40 but every one i’ve found is going for way too much. As always, keep up the great work!

@@Audamus I got to alaska once downtown to see the station but no ride. The F40s and Fs were long gone, sadly, but the big freight units still look good. thanks for putting that on!
