Hello Mukesh! How are you? I have a tricky situation for you… We have a engine like this and we’re facing a weird problem. When cold start the engine the ECT2 exhaust control flap remains open until full speed, when the normal is to open when ECT1 reaches 51000 rpm or engine 1700 rpm, and starting a second time in sequence we can clearly see the solenoid energizing and de energizing opening and closing the ECT2 exhaust control flap after 2 seconds but not opening again when the engine reaches the variables required for a second turbine to cut in, overheating the pipe between the two intercoolers. But when we press stop the engine decelerates and curiously the solenoid energizes opening the exhaust control flap for ECT2, like an inverted signal… Do you have any clue?
Its is due to the malfunctioning of 3/2 wsy solenoid valve ( view incorrect feedback from mdec) or fluctuation in lube oil pressure (going to 3/2 solenoid valve).
