in my opinion, dual wield sword are good for PVP, you can use long range Iceblood to slow down enemy and has high atk speed from agility buff. You can make up to 20% Sd reduction rate from both hands, or if you have SD Bypass BAA would be good. If you focus on PVM 2 handed is always better.
