Stretch for it fam, you don't need that much flexibility! Or at the very least it's a flexibility that's not very hard to reach. You can do the stretches at home like every morning while you're waiting for coffee/tea etc. It's really quick and so are the results :D
@@NomSauce Yea I definitely will. I've a bad habit of shadow boxing nearly everyday but I'll skip roping and the stretching is so inconsistent. Even when I was going to an actual gym to learn, it was the same process. I definitely have to get that in check.
I've been using this forever in sparring and it works literally 95% of the time. When people fall for it, they REALLY fall for it; hands completely down and whatnot.
@@pl2996 I know and it's still a roundhouse kick, question mark is not a kick at all never has been it's just a variation of a roundhouse that was given that name so it's easy to remember just like a low roundhouse
Me encanta el Mutay porque aparte de ser un deporte competitivo y brutal también es espiritual. Al comienzo y final de cada pelea dan las gracias a los dioses por la ayuda de su protección. Igual que el Kung Fu es espiritual.
check his kick with ur right legs by simply rising it n as soon the impact is dont throw ur right leg right on his chest or stomach area. (as ur right leg was already on air checking his kick).. bt all these need to be done before he does his last faking kick.. or else u are done.
I think boxing is best for self defense especially when there's multiple people involved, you don't want to throw a kick and fall or have someone catch it. Grappling is even worse when there are multiple attackers obviously.
