I have a 14 year old son who is over 6’ tall and is right around 300lbs… we just started him in Muay Thai and it’s the first sport or exercise he’s tried that he really seems to enjoy! So hopeful that he sticks with it. Thanks for the inspiration. It’s helpful to be able to show him a before/after that “could be him” if he sticks with it.
@@ArniDoesMuayThai From being fat to being strong and healthy looks great lost a lot of pounds plus he enjoys it and learns to fight and defend himself at the same time.
@@cliftonroberts9083 I think I can promise you that you would not regret joining a Muay Thai gym 💪 awesome training and awesome people also training Muay Thai
watching this has given me so much inspiration im 120 myself and start training Saturday always felt too embarrassed to start because i didnt want to be seen unfit and slow compared to everyone else downing myself and you've just shown me people have done exactly what I'm worried of and can be owned thanks .
You may be seen as unfit or slower than others, but that doesn't mean you're a bad person. In fact, people understand you are physically carrying more weight and will respect it if you finish each session strong. Your character will show while you complete the same training sessions carrying more mass. As time passes people will see that you haven't quit, and you're faster and lighter than you once were. Most importantly, you'll become better and more capable.
Proud of u! Straight motivation! Dealing with social anxiety but I'ma make it! Always wanted 2 do Muay Thai! It's my time now! 2 the dreamers reading this. Never give up! Manifest & follow your dreams keep God first! Jesus is always by your side! Never 2 late. Go for what u want in life no matter your age!
Arni, I just want to express my appreciation and gratitude towards this video, because your experience does inspire me to keep on learning Muay Thai. I just started learning it 2 months ago, it is challenging for me because I am overweighted and hard to keep in pace, but whenever I watch your video, it shows me how dedication and determination can completely change one’s live. Thanks!
Fight training in striking, guaranteed you are going to shred if you're eating right & sleeping & training long enough. I got down to 191 from 220 when I was in boxing.
Bro thats fucking awesom, in the end of august ill be going to bangkok for 5 months for my study. I want to do muay thai and lose weight as well. Great inspiration.
Haha that’s a good question to be honest I feel quite good at around 99 kg but might consider going down to 95 kg to start with. Not sure though how long it would take.
Well done man that was a hell of a transformation… I loved seeing your timing improve most of all, that bag had better timing then you at the start just saying 😅 Great job!
