There are many maps they could do like when the Soviets Invading Japan in Manchuria, or the US in Iwo Jima and the Philippines or Operation Torch. Maybe maps involving around the Germans Dragon's teeth with American and Soviet maps. Perhaps they could do alternative history battles like Operation Sea Lion or Japan Invading Hawaii, California, or Operation Downfall. They could add in another engineer level that makes larger defenses and/or Tank bunkers (only Germans), bunkers, or the 88 German flak gun (for Germans), and Germany is lacking in air power so they should get the Me 262 or the Ho 229 (the first jet test flight was done back in 1939). And make ammo boxes replenish explosives. Germany and Soviets get another radio operator though Germans get V2 rocket bombardments and Soviets get Stalin's Organ bombardments. Night versions of the maps, along with a starting timer for defenders to setup at each point along with a barrier to keep attackers back (like in EA's Star Wars battlefront 2) that should crush the blitz meta.
I remember during one match I was defending a house and I watched a guy run straight through the door, I chased after him and immediately lost him and the moment I turned around I got shot in the back, turns out the guy just crouched, I have the eyesight of your average stealth game NPC.
Super excited for those graphical changes. Always been jealous of HLL's graphics in comparison. This will be the first good step forward for better graphical fidelity.
As a new player, the thing i want to see improved is the sound. When wearing headphones the sound just doesnt work the way you want it to, often if a sound is happening to your right or left, it ONLY plays in that headphone, and as someone who plays DayZ which has some of the best sound design ever, i really would love to get a really well done soundscape. The graphics are fine. If one thing NEEDS addressing its the matchmaking, i have one BR 2 squad yet the game is already pairing me against BR 3 opponents. What does that look like? I came across an enemy tank yesterday completely unaware, I had him from the side in my own medium tank, and I hit him with 5 AP shells, green target marker all, and I didnt kill a single crewman or do any noticable damage before he one shot my tank through the front armor.
You can see BR3 even with just BR1 though? About tanks just L2P and memorize the critical module locations. Green just means you can pen the armor there, it doesn’t guarantee damage. About sounds, using sound mods improves it a lot.
I think these are all equally important. It is obvious to anyone with a brain that BR3 should be separate. I still think the graphics need some grittiness added to it. If you’ve ever played Hell let loose, that game has a far darker and duller colour palette, without which Enlisted feels less like a WW2. And to add to that, the sound design is much more impactful and jarring at times which makes the game more immersive. The tank cannons especially sound much better so I can’t agree more about the sound design. The voice lines sound goofy, the radio doesn’t sound like it’s from the 40s and it’s details like that that make me forget it’s a World War 2 game. The Germans don’t need to shout hail H-Tler every five seconds for me to be immersed, I just don’t want to hear American soldiers giggle every time he burns a room full of Japanese people like a 12 year old playing call of duty.
With the addition of the accurate lighting they should add lanterns as an equipment that can be taken instead of binoculars. Both would serve a vision purpose so it makes sense to put them in the same category, and then when in areas like under buildings on pacific maps you can have a soldier or 2 carry a lantern for vision in the darker areas. Would be about as useful as the binoculars as well, in my opinion they are pretty pointless except for very specific times. The lantern would be similar in that way. But if they have things like those torches in the cave instead it would be redundant. I still think its a good idea
Exactly. Who cares about graphics when match making is ass, & the grind is awful. Plus A.I is still hit or miss, either they are terminators or target practice smh
Looks absolutely amazing, and I love how they are improving the graphics. But I’m not looking forward for this update to fuck my poor little ps4, the last update that was only about the tank lenses destroyed the game completely for me for a week. Crashed every two games( Germans) and every match after 30 seconds( Japanese). Looking for it but scared
You have to start accepting the fact that xbox one era is over. It came out in 2013,it's already more the 10 years old. I switched to xbox Serie S a year ago and enlisted is running super smoothly,almost zero loading time. I know it's a cost,but compared to a new playstation or worse a PC,I can call it as a good investment.
I had the same issue on my 1st gen PS4, switched my graphics settings from "high quality" to "high performance" and I stopped crashing. Not sure if they hot fixed the crashing issue or the graphic change worked, but I hope this helps
@@Pumpgun67 yeah after I was playing the game for months I found out about the performance settings. The games run much better but the last update fucked the game for a week for me. But now it runs perfectly again even better than before I would say
Looks like they are taking some light casting and color toning from warthunder. I don't care if it means Nips bonzai charge from the shadows not caring if they die. Looks great.
I been playing this from day one..I must say that these guys really worked hard on this game.amazing progress,in a short time.. i been stucking with them ,and i wont stop being impressed.. They put their soul into this game. it shows.Thanks for not being like these other companys that dont care about the product. Never stop evolving this amazing ww2 game that no other ww2 games never would come close to,when it comes to EVERYTHING
Yeah after the lighting update indoor spaces got super dark and sometimes I’d waste ammo spraying at nothing and other times I’d get shredded by whole squads I couldn’t see in the dark, hopefully they will make more directional lighting from holes in the ceiling or something

Hll does look great but I only played it once. Game was an hour long and I got 7 kills. Spent so long running around the maps are too big for so few players.
I love enlisted.But i really advice all consoll players to turn of the crossplay..with crossplay i get killed all the time..without crossplay im coming as no 1 ore mostly at no 2-3.. These pc gamers ruins it. play agains other consol gamers,and the game is fair an very fun. This ww2 game got it all,its nice to be taken part of real ww2 battles. But i miss it,when we could turn our heads to the sides in this game..They should never taken that away..all people can look to both sides with turning our head..Why drop that function. it came back,then dissapeard again..But,im still a loyal and a brutal soldier. I got my share of medals,like medal of honor.I also cut of all my victims finger after i dropped him..Well if i have the flame thrower,i just collect a couple of teeth
