You say you are not a trained cook, well I am, with over 30 yrs experience. And I bow to you. I have known many professionals who do not have your talent and judgement when mixing different flavours and ingrédients. Over here in Europe we call that fuzzy stuff husk. When dry it makes a great fire tinder. Good health, stay safe and keep cooking😉.

Love all your videos very interesting to watch very good watching material at night keeps me busy one thing I really love to see is more coast coastal foraging and catch and cook with more shellfish like lobsters crabs that's very interesting to see love to see what kind of recipes you have for catching and cooking lobster and crab because I learned from all these recipes and it teaches me how to cook them

I do the same thing with my crabs, clean them first then steam them... taste so much better that way. Loving these recipes too! Cheers 🤙

You know I haven’t gone fishing in about three months and it’s sucks and watching your videos remind me why I miss it so much. Thanks video. Oh and I doubt you’ll remember this but about a year or so ago I asked you for tips for catching trout. And I’m happy to report I’ve got both rainbow and brook trout. And a few hybrid bass. But anyways love the video stay safe my friend.
