Suzuki should be grateful to you for this idea to make the bike suitable for Indian roads and wet conditions. Will a baffle plate to shield the area receiving the splash be another way ? Or any paint coating like polyurethane based paint on the affected area possible? 👏👏

Baffle plate might affect cooling performance of engine (especially when there is no liquid cooling) No idea about the paint (not much into chemicals)

Do you feel huge engine breaking such that if you release the throttle (not decelerate just take your hand off) the RPMs fall very rapidly. Do you have same issue with yiur gixxer 250 ? Also, how to confirm if the engine oil has been changed after first service?

Yes japanese brands have huge engine braking Had same experience with my previous CBR 150 and 250 And gixxer 250 has same issue You just have to get used to it To confirm engine oil has been changed - just check engine oil color from the right side case of engine (small glass window) It should be red in color if they have put motul 7100 or yellowish if they have put ecstar oil
