Was super happy they performed this cover live. Loved it on the album. Kinda felt bad for the second guitar player when Chad waved him off to stop singing along. Very unprofessional to see, like that should’ve been discussed before the set. Also, Chad looked burnt out at this point and his vocals weren’t at its best. But very awesome to see they performed this live.. 🤘🏽🤘🏽
Feel kinda bad for Marcus here, Chad bollocked him at the start and the guy didn't know whether to sing along or not for the rest of the track. Chad did the backing vocals off the record too which was weird considering they literally have Marcus for that exact reason, Chad looked pissed off the entire song and beelined towards him at the end too like he wasn't through with him lmao
I loved the studio cover they did of this song but my God this is an awful performance. Chad can barely sing the lyrics hes just grunting and gasping for air. The rest of the band arent keeping up either. This is honestly hard to watch.
Chad’s vocals have been gone for awhile. It’s sad because Mudvayne was my favorite band. I hate to see this. But as Corey Taylor ages his voice gets better. Chad not so much
@@christclinger6540smoking, weight gain, technique, lifestyle. Chad switched to a fry technique halfway through his career because his smoking took away his breath support. Look at some 2006 era performances to see this. Fry technique can be fine if you still know how to sing, but Chad has clearly lost range and skill with his voice. His speaking voice sounds horse, he needs to go to a specialist like he did in the early 2000’s. It’s not impossible to bounce back, it just takes work. I’m sorry to say it, but Corey Taylor is skinnier and healthier now then he was younger. There just needs to be a total reworking all across the board if he wants to bounce back.
