So I take it that 2006 “Seraphim Falls” was not the only movie to feature the Muela Magnum 26 Bowie Knife . Turns out 2012 “ No One Lives “ had impeccable taste as well .

I still remember when I bought this . I used mostly credit so it really didn’t cost me anything. I had the Cold Steel Frontier Bowie and the Sword Von TEMPSKY for like a month .,,. I returned them both and got this . I don’t think I’m a fan of those “ blued “ blades … And I think I made the right choice . I need to put a little Mothers on this again … Definitely one of my All time favorites- Movie knife and regular Collectable . It’s definitely something you must squeeze into your collection ♥️

I will be darn; it is definitely a match. I don't know why the guy holding the knife to the girl couldn't use a more modern knife like something from Cold Steel. This bowie looks more like a knife from the Wild West era. I like this knife as well and thanks for bringing up the fact that it was used in a different movie. Great video and subject matter to talk about Cowboy.
Yeah it looks like the Muela was blurred out of the movie … That’s usually what Hollywood does . The guy that made this movie must be a big Muela Mag 26 Bowie fan . He has awesome taste in knives ♥️ The rest of the movie ?? I didn’t Even finish . My wife said “ it was ok “. I’ll finish one of these nights .
that is a great looking blade c bop. i recently was at a flea market yesterday. this guy has a booth with all hand made bowie knives and hand made sheaths. bone handles. deer handles. all kinds of wood handles. gorgeous but also tons of hand made native american knives with obsidian blades that are the real deal. i didnt film them but i did tons of photos and made it a photo slide show. i put the vid up today. only a minute long. you should check out the blades that i show that this guy makes. they are crazy. have a good one.
I don't think yours is the same as in that movie but man this is sweet! I've been eyeing Muelas myself and plan to pick one up eventually probably from KC. Muela makes some gorgeous things and made in Spain for these prices? Wow! What can I say? That's hard to beat!

@@tubes5150 I never knew about this knife and btw I just watched Seraphim Falls yesterday on Netflix for the first time and don't know how I ever missed that movie with all those names in it...From what I can gather that movie bombed badly at the theater and I don't know why...That knife is awesome as would love to own one someday but by the looks so would alot of other folks....LOL...Nice share....

I remember returning a few blades to get that one - The Cold Steel Frontier and the Sword Von TEMPSKY . It turns out that I am not a fan of the “ Blued “ blades haha 😂 I think it was a great exchange ♥️ And such a cool movie too with a very strange ending .,.. Did they run out of money or something?? Did the director have to start another movie ?? Did the actors have to begin other projects ??? Seems like the entire movie was a complete thriller until they met that lady … That was really strange .
I think the movie knife is actually a Muela Lobo-23S in crown stag. Very similar to the Magnum but it has an even more pronounced and sinister looking re-curve to the blade and the guard has a "back and forth" curve to it the magnum lacks--the Magnum guard is straight. Both of these are visible in the clip you played. See how the guard is bending towards his thumb in the paused video? --the Magnum doesn't do that.
