MUGHLAI BONELESS CHICKEN HANDI, EASY AND DELICIOUS,

MUGHLAI BONELESS CHICKEN HANDI
Chicken boneless cut into cubes bite size
For marination
Salt 1tsp
Crushed chilli 1 tsp leveled
Spices
Turmeric powder/ haldi half tsp
Red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp leveled
Cumin seeds 1 tsp leveled
Garam masala powder 3/4 tsp
Kasori methi dry/ fenugreek leaves 1tsp
Other ingredients
Greated onions 2 small or 1 large
Ginger Garlic paste 1tsp each
Tomato paste 4 tbs
Greek yougurt 3tbs
Green Chillies 2
Green Coriander as required
Butter 1tsp
Cream 1 tsp to drizzle
Preparation
Cut the chicken into pieces , marinate with salt and crushed chilli for 20 to 30 minutes
Grind or chop onions
Wisk yougurt
Process
Heat oil in a wok or kadhai add onion and fry till golden or transparent. Add ginger garlic paste and fry on medium heat, add chicken fry till ot turns white or change colour.
Add dry ingredients except kasori methi and garam masala
Tomato paste and dahi/ yogurt
Mix amd cook till the oil separates.
To garnish
Finish with adding kasori methi, green chillies, green Coriander and garam masala. Stir add a butter simer and finish with some cream.
