Muhammad Ali a super warrior and great human being.Always stood up for his personal values and principles An extraordinary humanitarian. God Bless the greatest and his entire family.
Ali is the only greatest black and muslim boxer that ever lived. Ali had the reached. Ali had the speed. Ali had the spirit. Ali had everything. And i support him.
I saw this movie on british tv [itv] in the early 1980's, i stayed up late to watch this and i had to get up for school the next day! i can remeber my grandmother nagging me to go to bed because it was late but i wanted to see the end, i wish i could remember the exact date! does anyone out there remember? it would be great and would mean a lot to me, thank you!!
I read "The Greatest: My Own Story" by Ali which is his autobiography, these events are based off the book, and this his real life. These clips don't show it but he took his wife (1st wife Sonji) into the bathroom after she had no pants on. The party was hosted by Sugar Ray Robinson out foreign. When Ali and his wife are in the bathroom SRR asks is there anything wrong, Ali said no. SRR pursued the matter more and Ali said "you just a middleweight, i'm a heavyweight, you wanna fight?"
Any spot the continuity error around 3:55? Just watch how he sports a different black bow tie when he comes up the stairs and into the room. The one he wore when he was outside was a little thinner. Ali will always be The Greatest!
@@forthefam4 Yeah, it was lackluster. Although, I do acknowledge that I believe he put forth his best effort. It just wasn't up to snuff. That Script and overall Production didn't help things either.
I admit you are right brother it’s not his fault (wills) that Ali is just greater than boxing and I’m pretty sure too that will gave his best but like they and the whole boxing world says there’s only one Ali and he’s greater than boxing like Mr Tyson said: “he doesn’t even look like fighter he looks like a model”
Ali was the best boxer of all times. He loved his people. He didnt step and fetchit. He did good in this movie. But they should have gotten a younger actor to play him.
correction: "i'll tell you what im NOT going to do" (she was too antsy to prance with that dress..ALI coming with that old school discipline! she was way out of pocket..smoking & drinkin..) #Classic
@MDIS I don't agree. He betrayed Brother Minister Malcolm X. Ali knew the truth about Elijah Mohammad. Ali slept around also, so, he might have been a great boxer, arguably the best, but treating Joe Frazier after Joe went to the White House to fight to get Ali's boxing license, gave him money, and Ali treated him the way he did. Sure, people said that he did it for the publicity, but most people, blacks included (Jim Brown, for one...) thought Ali was being mean and cruel. Champ, yes, no hero.
