The protest the Adviser Alluded to is protest from the deposed emir not the citizen. rather he said the good people of kano are going about with their normal daily activities and that the state is peaceful. also that he is in front of two football pitch watching the youth play football. in summary the Special Adviser affirm the peaceful state of kano and that there is no cause for alarm.
