Ethan does an in-depth comparison of the Mullet M5 and Clearvue CV-06 Cyclones! Both are great units but is one better for your dust collector or extractor?

And I must say, The Mullet and The Camvac are two of my favorite buys, I never thought I’d say that about anything related to dust collection, it took me too long to get serious about it

That’s great to hear! Dust collection certainly isn’t as fun to invest is as a new machine BUT it makes using your existing machines far more enjoyable

@@StockroomSupply Side Note: You are absolutely correct about the Camvac! And, what style blade is good for all round cuts on the Rikon Deluxe 10in? I have an Olson 1/2in-4TPI-Flexback and a Timberwolf 1/4in-10TPI on the way. Is that a good start? What would be your #1 must have blade?

I rigged my Mullet up to my Camvac 90l, it didn’t even think about buckling. I just bought their boom arm and cannot wait

Would be awesome if you tested 4" cyclones and measure reduced suction with or without different common brands to see how much suction power you lose when using a cyclone with the camvac, 1/2/3 motors

Good content. Why you used these with one motor on, not two? Is double motor set-up too powerful for this kind of small cyclones? Double camvac is great but dust filter clogs fast reducing performance. Therefore cyclone sounds interesting addition to camvac.

I noticed in your vid. When checking the big green thing for dust and chips after testing the mullet, there is a significant tear in the filter. I have no idea if that would impact performance or not and if that could mean more or less dust in the green bin. Other than that, fantastic test. Clearly both of these units do a nice job.
