Christmas festival is a widely celebrated festival around the world. A dessert is a must during the joyful festival. Here we bring you a multi layered delicious Pineapple pudding recipe.
Variety of Sweets & Desserts - • Malai Kulfi Recipe | H...
Ingredients required are:
Base 1
2 packets Marie biscuit
70 grams Melted butter
Base 2
100 ml Milk
2 & 1/2 tbsp Custard Powder
350 ml Milk
3-4 tbsp Sugar
Tinned Pineapple pieces
Base 3
3 cups of Water
1 Jelly Packet
Base 4
1 packet Fresh cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Topping - Pineapple pieces and Berries
Enjoy!

Personally I think adding vanilla extract in the custard amps up the taste & I would use pineapple/orange jelly instead of the strawberry one as it would enhance the "pineapple" in this pudding. Alternatively you can use tinned mixed fruit instead of the pineapple & then the strawberry jelly 👍🏼😊

Yeah why not! Just rub some salt to remove the astringent taste then rinse with water before slicing

My amul fresh cream didn't set, what was the reason?

Hi! Amul fresh cream requires good amount of freezing before use and then needs to be whipped, setting too would require time. Next time you can make use of whipping cream instead of fresh cream.
