You cannot leave the choice field blank. If data in choice field has to come from master list, what choice to provide in the choice field in 'supplier list'.??? I know the video is 15 minutes long, but can you elaborate on each step. It is difficult to follow through as most of the steps you assume that we know.

For me this does not work at all. I`ll get an error at the first stage saying Result is not recognized. Here is the formula on the first multiple choice combo box (in your version this is the Region field) Product is my source list ProductCategory is the column containing the Products Distinct(Product, ProductCategory).Result
@@learntoilluminate Hi there, The data source is a SharePoint list and the columns are text fields as in your example. Only the list (that we edit with the form ) have combo boxes
I have just a simple list with power app forms but this is not working. I see in Item for your Region you are having ColLaboratories even if you list is just Laboratories. You where do you set up collection for that list Laboratories?
The gallery just displays the list of items. We are using the form to edit it in this example. We can do without the form also. Please post your question here or reach me stalinponnusamy@gmail.com.
