I don't have a realationship to my father. He's like a Ghost that is just there. And mostly when he's there he just Points out my flaws and yells at me for really no reason. I don't even Feel like I have or even ever had a father.

I just so lucky because even if my dad died 1year and 6 month ago , before my thirteen birthday, he was the best daddy ever walked on this hearth he gave me all I want and he never punch me, he was an angel but he has to came back to his home 😔

The one with the girl getting crap because of her sister got me. I have a bad relationship with my father because he always emotionally abused me as a way to "tough me up and prepare me for the world as a woman" and he always favored my brother over me because he was "his boy" while I was a girl. My brother never took advantage of it though, I don't even think he even realizes it. And I love my brother to bits and we have a good relationship. But I know he loved him more and so did my mom. We both tried calling him out on it, but he gets SO pissed off when we "think that way" and just refuses to acknowledge his faults. My mom told him my father will never change and will never budge in his viewpoint and I have to move on for the sake of my own mental health. But, it's so hard. How can I hate my father so much and yet still crave his love and acceptance?

For me it's the contrary, my father was one of the best dad's ever. He had some flaws but he cared about me, my alcoholic mother always complained about him not making enough money, but why didn't she work instead of drinking. R.I.P dad.

Klaus and isaac parts broke my heart into pieces

my mother was 17 when she met my father. you can say they fell in love, until that one hotel night when he put something in her drink and raped her. my mum never found out so they were still together. but thoughout the months she started coming out of the closet and lost interest in him. a day later she realized she was pregnant and realized he touched her. her first thoughts was that she shouldn’t keep it because its going to grow up knowing it was a mistake. a terrible mistake. she then found another lover, a women named Cecilia. they grew a strong connection and my mum told her about the baby. Ceci told her that she should keep it and make Isaac (my father) lose custody. My mum agreed. My mom talked to Isaac, she tried to break up with him. But my father couldn’t accept it. He was a very centred man that never left his country. he didn’t allow her and told her that he wanted to keep me and grow a family with her. My mother was fully lesbian and couldn’t allow it so she told him she wasn’t interested in him anymore and she left. When i was born my mom had to go to Isaacs place because he wanted to see me. He grabbed me by the arms and smiled. He told my mom that he would kill her if she left. So that night at 11pm when he was asleep, she kidnaped me and drove. she drove to my grandmothers place which was nearby. She told her to keep me safe and that she was going to Canada with Ceci to hire a lawyer to make Isaac lose custody. When my mother left, obviously Isaac found out and he knew i was at my grandmothers so he tried to come and hurt us. Luckily, my grandmother was smart and she packed up and escaped to her friends place. Isaac grew crazy and was desperately in love with my mum, the bad kind. It took three years for the judge to approve my mother’s wishes and he signed the form to make Isaac lose custody. I shortened this up a lot. Many things happened in those 3 years that are very disturbing and sad. But, here i am a 14 year old boy who doesn’t even know what my father looks like. Oh well.

I have a dad who never cared about me and only when it was convenient for him and he was bored without any girls around. I grew up very lonely without my family, friends or relatives or even a stranger to help me out. To me, hes nothing but a stranger, just like the rest of the world. However, I'm glad I have my mom. Although we have only really talked for the past 2 years bc she also put me through some emotional abuse and her mental illness was and still is traumatic for me, as a mother, she at least tried to help me out sometimes. I love my mom despite that bc she didnt give up like my dad and if I hated her too, I wouldn't have any family left

my dad left years ago but he still used to came and pick me up some weekends, we had fun until he started coming less and less and less i went to therapy bc of it and then lived the best years of my life with my mom i love her she’s so strong she had to take care of me and work at the same time everyday i know that era wasn’t easy for her and i so appreciate all she did even if it sometimes might seem like i don’t my dad came back like one or two years ago he only comes once in holidays like my bday, christmas or things like that but i hate it i rlly just wish he never came back.

My father and I never had a great relationship since he was emotionally abusive, so I decided the best thing was the cut him out of my life by not talking to him. Now we are just strangers living in the same house.

My parents broke up when I was 3 years old. Now, after 10 years, I barely even remember that they used to be together. They always argued with each other, my father talked bad about my grandparents(of my mum's side) and everything was just bad. However, he wanted to keep contact with me and my sister since we are staying with our mum, so we visited him every second weekend. Then, he started living with another woman. I didn't think it was something serious and then they told us. They were married. He had married another woman without even telling us. I didn't really understand things back then, so I didn't think much about it. But then, the thing I least expected happened. She was pregnant. My father was having a child with another woman when I was 8 years old. And that was my first heartbreak. Not from my lover, but from my father. After the child was born, life was hell. Everything revolved around the child and I felt abandoned. Then I realised something. I hated my dad. I hated, I hate and I will always hate my dad. He ruined my life and I'm never going to forgive him for it. After some time, my father and his wife started saying that we were sisters and we loved each other. Never once did he ask us how we really felt. Around that time, my mum was always working. She worked at least 10 hours every day and came home at around 9pm. She would always be super tired and just go to her room, barely even talking to us. When she did talk to us though, she just shouted at us. She was always complaining about how we don't do anything and leave clothes in our rooms like it was such a big deal. Once she was putting some plates in the dishwasher and she broke a plate on my foot. She didn't apologise, she didn't say anything, she just kept putting the dishes in. And just when I thought that my life couldn't get any worse, she started dating this guy. I didn't like him, nor did my sister. We were a bit more grown up then, i was 11 and my sister was 13. We never had time with our mum then. She was always out every night, acting like she was still a teenager. And we had to be the parents for our own mother. No one should ever have to go through what we did. No kid should have to deal with all that stuff. We always fighted with mum's boyfriend. He was really rude and didn't care about us. He was nice to my mum but not that nice to us. Once we were arguing, well more like he was arguing with my sister. He had saidsome horrible things. He said something like "I hope your kids turn out bitches like you!". Guess what my mum did? Nothing. She even fefended him, saying that my sister was in the wrong. He was always sleeping over. Sometimes I wanted to study but I couldn't; my mum's bed was making too much sound. They were always fucking, not caring that a 13 and an 11year old were in the house. 6th grade was bad for me. It was the year when most shit happened. I didn't study for school. I didn't even open a book for weeks. My family thought that I was just having a rebellion, yet thwy never wondered what they did wrong. My childhood was bad. I really wish that know one has to go through what I did, and even though I know that some people have it much worse, I'm still heartbroken.
