I have the same model. Do you have any idea of how to clean it? Last year worked perfectly we dusted it and stored it, this year it seems the mist is less and we think maybe cleaning it from the inside? God bless you! Thanks in advance

i think it's cool, I just got it the fan is powerful but i don't see a change when i put of air cooler

I just got this cooler. One thing I notice is that regardless of what setting I put the mist cooler on, in a few minutes it stops misting and both lights just blink. The fix seems to be to get rid of the "drop" of water that is on where the mist comes out. Like it is blocking it. Seems broken to me. Any thoughts?

I have one of these but the water doesn't seem to work lol just stay in that top tank 😂never had water in the btm😅

I can’t seem to get the fan to work and it makes a weird interment cool mist . Any advise ? I didn’t see a contact sheet could you please share . Thank you

The button on the far right controls the mist. Try long pressing the fan button for a few seconds. the button all the way to the left. I will look at mine in the morning and see if I can replicate your issue. I would also try a different power source.
