Always a place in my heart for Multimach. To this day it's still relevant. In this review, I go over why you want it. I highly encourage you to get it. We lost some perks, but they brought it back near perfect and in a lot of ways better. I see a lot of information about this SMG out there, but I wan to set some things straight. It's a rare one. Get rolls.

I see, that explains why this weapon is so unique! Since this can be enhanced later on, that means that tremors will happen sooner. Paired with dynamic happening sooner as well, I can see why this is so valued.

Both 900 RPM Lightweight Frame. Both can roll DSR/ Kenetic Tremors. Showrunner has Nadir Focus, 13 Zoom. Multimach has Skulking Wolf, 15 Zoom, 1 extra range, 3 extra stability and 10 extra handling. If Iron Banner isn't your gig, a Showrunner from Witch Engrams might be a viable substitute.

Yeah even the quest line broke and didn’t give a drop smh now it’s gone so I can’t even do it no drops and it takes like 20 matches for one drop and then it’s 5 engrams for a focus drop smh 🤦‍♂️ that’s only if it’s unlocked 🔓 and dropped already

Once thing I wanna shout out is not to sleep on Attrition Orbs + Kinetic Tremors in PvE. Big damage and orb generation just for keeping on an enemy, no kill necessary!

This is the roll I was after. Me and a buddy got it and went and tried it out. Orbs everywhere. Constant healing and surges. Kinetic tremors killing everything. Super fun roll and definitely makes this smg best in slot in my mind .

How many bullets does it take to drop an orb and how many orbs can I drop from one mag?

@@ToxiiicGaming It takes 25 or so bullets for the orb to spawn, but that is sped up by the kinetic tremor. The tremor counts as hits, too. Realistically, you will drop one orb and proc kinetic tremors once per mag. Really fun gun

You're so right on the 15 zoom part. For a long time, I couldn't figure out why some SMGs just didn't click for me. I then realized that all the ones I succeed with have 15 zoom or 14 with rangefinder! Multimach out of the box feels just as nice as Submission to me as a result vs something like The Showrunner with 13 or 13 with RF I can't hit anything with. Very excited to get a good roll with Target Lock so I can maintain the best ttk against high resil guardians. I also prefer consistency with my lightweight SMGs over kill chaining like Kill Clip since they kill so fast anyways, so Target Lock makes the most sense for me.

Another bonus to using Kinetic Tremors in PvP is that everyone's gonna be a bit slow getting out of the way of it since they're not used to seeing it.

Full bore with iron reach and zero stability. So stupid. At least go small bore, accurized range masterwork or hammer forged, accurized, stability masterwork if you're dead set on iron reach. I tried one with 18 stab and it felt horrible. Dynamic sway with kill clip feels great.

I was telling my clan not to do Iron Reach. It's a 10 point stat penalty for the gun. NEVER go below 20 stability, it's literally a handicap as you end up taking *more* flinch.

Best part is the enhanced version makes it take less shots, so as soon as it’s enhanceable it’s might even get kills in 13 shots instead of 14 (although that wouldn't affect optimal TTK as you’d have to wait that half second for the explosion to proc anyway)

Under-Over (especially for the current sandbox) and Kinetic Tremors to help give a little forgiveness is definitely the play. Otherwise the old roll is better and then with how stingy the drops and engrams are if you do just a little bit of raiding (just do VotD final boss checkpoint once a week) and you’ll be able to craft Submission which is statistically superior, also 15 zoom, can make it what you want instead of luck, and with a kill (saying precision) and not even having to reload if you have Enhanced Encore / Killing Wind you get 30 range / 16 stability / - 2.5 Accuracy Cone Size / 50 Mobility / 40 Handling / + 5% Damage Fall Off Distance.

I rolled one with 80 handling 53 stability 29 range, under over, kinetic tremors. It's an absolute terror to barricade overshield titans and anyone chilling near them

One of the things that made the older Multimach so good was it rolled scopes in column one, rather than barrels. So, you could increase its base 1.3x Zoom to 1.5x Zoom with a particular scope. Bringing back the new Multimach with base 1.5x Zoom, plus the benefits of whatever barrel you choose, is awesome. This archetype is very demanding for hitting almost all headshots to reach optimal TTK, and that extra Zoom helps a lot.

Huh. I got REALLY lucky as my first Multimach was the exact roll I wanted for PvE... Under-Over and Kinetic Tremors. It's for endgame activities so my kinetic weapon can do the tremors thing, and also get some nice bonus damage against shielded enemies. Pretty interesting you end up talking about that exact roll here, for PvP :p I definitely see the application though. I hadn't really thought about the effectiveness of Tremors letting you fight outside your range, having those few extra shots actually have some kind of benefit tied to them. That's pretty cool. Lookin' forward to trying this out in IB later!

Iron reach, at most grabs about 2m total. Two meters. On a 900 smg. A weapon class that's 20m and in. The perks I talked about all go past this two meters that is so sacred. Also, remember, there is a *negative* effect to flinch when stability is that low. It's a novelty on something like this. On riiswalker? Absolutely. The whole iron reach mnk thing isn't the flex you think it is.

I got a bunch of them, including some good rolls. Tried it out and instantly hated it. We already have much better SMGs like Calus mini tool, or Shayura's Wrath. This will be just another mediocre weapon collecting dust in my vault.

Just so everyone’s aware, a 14 bullet TTK on this puts it at 0.867 seconds. In other words: about on par with a 140 hand cannon hitting all their precision shots. Kinetic Tremors is sort of a backstop to damage falloff and hitting body shots.

I got so lucky. I had 4 IB engrams left over from last time IB came around. I cashed them in and the 4th dropped not only Multimach, but dynamic sway / kinetic tremors. Unfortunately I only got small bore as the only additional range help.

Personally, what I'm curious about is enhanced Kinetic Tremors on it, once we can upgrade it. I wonder how many bullets it would take to proc it then. It could possibly only be a bullet less, but in a duel that one bullet can mean everything.

don't spam engrams. Focus one, check it, focus the next. Bungie's random number generator for this game is flat out broken at times. I focused six engrams on Tusk, one after the other. I got swashbuckler on every singe one. Two with graverobber in a row, two others pulse monitor back to back. Once I checked each one after focusing it, that stopped happening. p.s. This kind of thing has happened periodically for years and a friend has commented on it as well.

Yeah so I watched this right before doing some focusing and the only good roll I got was DSR + Kinetic Tremors and after taking it for a spin...I am so pleasantly surprised. There are definitely a lot of kills that I wouldn't have gotten with any other roll of this weapon; a lot of people are getting back into cover before you can finish kills, and so many times they just got blasted in cover from the tremors going off. So yeah 10/10 would recommend, thanks for the idea CoolGuy!

I got the worst roll possible. Double iron banner perks so boost range tanks stability then boost target but tanks range. It's like 13 stability 20 range but great target acquisition and handling. But utterly useless.

just a heads up, *do not sleep on Attrition Orbs!* Even if it's only for PvE. With the changes to Devour and to kickstarts, the ability to create orbs in the neutral game, sans kills is *very* nice. Paired with Tremors or Frenzy and this is quite possibly the best generic pve smg in the game, possibly even including exotics.

Definitely in the kinetic slot, and definitely the best to farm; but parabellum (seasonal world drop, not in lost sectors yet) can roll heal clip/attrition orbs or shoot to loot and attrition orbs for more utility

@@sophieirisviel4100 I have stats-for-all + attrition and heal-clip + frenzy rolls that definitely go *hard* this season especially with all the solar synergy, plus I kept an attrition + surrounded Title, though you definitely feel the lack of any reload help on that one.... I'm excited this is kinetic though, just because it pairs nicely with *so* many more builds and elements with the way activity surges match kinetic if you pair with a matching subclass. Plus with how erratic the IB schedule can be, I definitely wouldn't miss getting one of these.

Got one on my first match, rangefinder , kinetic tremors, I suck at pvp but I found it pretty hilarious procing kinetic tremors to people, it's helping me to play more aggressive so it's a win win.

I saw several comments about Attrition Orbs. I have one and it procs earlier with kinetic tremors and drops more orbs because of that combo. It’s written in the description but it’s very subtle. Maven did a very good video on this. Attrition Orbs + Kinetic Tremors rocks PvE.

I feel so stupid because I am seeing zoom love return for stability's sake and for its own sake but I'm still not certain that I understand its uncoupling from range when CoolGuy and others are still praising zoom for range and stickiness and so I must imagine Rangefinder, while not ideal, must at least becback on the menu for all the same reasons that zoom is? I just felt bad as I watched Wallah try (and fail) to defend zoom against veiwers who were all saying "DUH" to him but all he could say was "It's still good" so his veiwers kept up with the "DUHs" and "DURRs" and so i know there is confusion about this. "All we lost was damage drop off" "Range is no longer a function of zoom" "Damage drop off has been affected on a case by case basis so drop off is no longer the old drop off minus .1 zoom because the range stat has been altered per archetype" F-- what??

You have yet to lead me astray. I hunted down a Corkscrew, accurized, dynamic, kinetic tremors, range mw last IB and it feels incredible and even better fully enhanced. I don't even like smgs but this, I like this.

The best one I've got is hammer-forged/accurized rounds/under-over/kill clip with a stability masterwork. I'm digging it but think maybe a range MW would be better?

I’ve got the killing wind with steady rounds. Range masterwork, R47,stability 76, handling73. With Iron grip also. It is the Monster you say. Even if I don’t get the new one I’ll be ok.

USE ATTRITION ON SMGS. ITS VERY GOOD. High RPM low magsize guns trigger the perk super frequently.

Been loving the Kinetic tremors on this, if I had to dump all my rolls I'm keeping this one as a PVE/PVP Godroll. It's hilarious I love it. As somebody with terrible aim with an SMG in panic mode, Kinetic Tremors carries me.

its funny how this SMG now has a sleeper perk that works for it that people generally didnt like, like how Target Lock became insane on SMG's only up until people realized its potential when it was on Immortal. Now Kinetic Tremors may be that next thing, although not as overpowered

Dude, you should talk about the enhanced perks. I have a multimach with enhanced dynamic sway/iron reach. If you don't have one, get a hold of me and we can figure something out.

I didn't I have to play any matches I just opened up like 4 of my 53 ingrims that I had chilling. And got both weapons to drop. Thirty rerolls later I have both the weapons I want

I have your exact roll Coolguy except with a range MW. I've had it since season of the chosen. My no. 1 most used weapon in pvp. It's hung out through so many zoom nerfs and is still a beast. I feel like I have a gem here. Love the review

I’m very much not a numbers guy but I have an old killing wind, kill clip but it only has 14 zoom, how vital is that extra point. Should I just be rocking this instead of joining the chase for a new roll?

i love your videos man, but i want to ask you for an improvement for people who english is not they first language, pls select the perk combination you are talking about on that screen on top right, is a little adjustment overall, less than a second to who edit your video select what perks you are talking about in d2 armory, but i promise you, IS a lot of improvment to people like me who just know a bit of english

Showrunner is a 900 rpm with kinetic tremors, been using it in pvp it was fun to proc KT but outgunned by most other weapons, multimach holds much more value, so sad its range state is abysmal though

my final engram focus was a smallbore, tac mag, under over and tremors with a range mw. range at 46 and 50 stab. My best range one (64 range) has rangefinder and kill clip

People are sleeping on target lock yeah it got nerfed but what people forget is the amount of bullets needed to activate target lock is a lot quicker on 900 rpm smg’s I got a hammer forged accurized rounds dynamic sway and target lock with a range master work and I’ll tell yeah having target lock activate on those longer range engagements makes a huge difference

Sure its probably good for the Crucible but as far as pve goes I can't remember the last time I used a kinetic weapon without some form of elemental damage for synergy sake.
