hi. i am facing issue with metrasafe-20 , it is showing wrong voltages while i measure 7805 positive voltage regulator with variable load. Can anyone let me know the reason of variable voltage at the o/p of 7805
@@etechniques I have the same multimeter and it has now started giving high readings. It showed 1.85 volt when I measured a 1.5v AA cell and 1.7V on a 1.2V cell. How can it be fixed ?
@@narakumar3175that's how you fix it. turn the potentiometer to calibrate. you will need another multimeter which is accurate and possibly a variable power supply
I have same multimeter same model lam facing problem like above countineous beep sound on continty mode without to sorting the probes. Other parameter also not proper no physical damage on component side l checked sliders are OK plguide me thanks
Sir I stick the black and red probes on my mastek multimeter in continuity mode the (000) digit doesn't come. and it does(004/012), please tell me if this is normal. And it doesn't come all the time, sometimes it does. Sir please reply
@@etechniques I once selected the continuity mode with the multimeter by mistake and applied DC current and it shut down immediately but since then this thing has been happening but all other values are fine. And continuity is working fine that's the only problem. Reply sir
AC voltage reading shown abnormal in DT9205A multimeter i.e. 230 volt instead of 280 volt and more volt shown. How to repair. Await video from your end and notification pl.
Check resistance and diode near voltage line and also white capacitor (low capacitance) usually these caps are in nano farad range or even pico farad near main ic on different multimeters. If these caps go bad they can give infinite beep sound, fading display (or ghosting), and blinking numbers
