Hey mate. Congratulations on the move, that’s massive! They can be tricky. If you haven’t already, pick yourself up an inverter checker. Can grab them from most suppliers. So handy to have for working on these units. My small probes are part of the Fieldpiece kit I got with my multimeter. They do sell them as a seperate kit though. My local Kirby HVACR sells them, but it seems like the closet Kirby to you is in Wagga Wagga. I’m sure you could find them online too. Hope this helps 🤙

I’ve been waiting to see one to try and make some form of video on it but it feels like I’ve been doing nothing but repairs and breakdowns for the past few weeks. I also don’t see much outside of a Fantech single/three phase direct drive motor. I’ll see how I go. Cheers mate.

In there you’ll see a link to the training manual. It’s mainly for their P and M series but there is some handy info in there. Hey mate. As far as I’m aware checking with AC is ok. I’ve asked Mitsubishi Electric about it and they said it was ok. I guess because I’m testing after the inverter PCB it’s still being supplied as a synthetic AC supply.

I like it. It’s been able to do everything I’ve needed so far. I had some people mention they’ve had issues and their after sales support isn’t great. Luckily I haven’t had to deal with them 😂
