In 2009, Alabama lawmakers passed a law that required the state to collect DNA samples from EVERYONE WHO IS ARRESTED for a felony, including children. The law went into effect October 2010. The state puts these DNA results into CODIS. Note, this is done at the Arrest Phase BEFORE A TRIAL, not after the Conviction Phase. Even IF the arrest charges are dropped or the person is later found NOT GUILTY through a trial, there is no way to remove their DNA from the state database. Given this fact, and the reports of multiple inmate's bodies being returned to families with missing organs, it's not hard to imagine Alabama's DNA Database being exploited for a NEFARIOUS CRIMINAL ORGAN HARVESTING ENTERPRISE! I find it hard to believe these organs were taken purely for "medical research"...... especially when the cause of death is in question. There needs to be a full FEDERAL INVESTIGATION to get to the bottom of this!!

How do you know the organs were taken after the person died? Perhaps they are selling these organs on the black market. Do they have proof of what they are saying?

I felt really upset when I listened to this. The university, with all the virtual signaling these institutions are doing, should have realized what they are doing was wrong. They claim to care so much for the vulnerable and oppressed, and yet when it comes to walking they talk, they do something like this.

You absolutely do need consent. It's not family consesnt its owner consent, even if deceased. I took my name off the donors list because I dont need anyone bothering me about them or trying to kill me for them. I said no, not someone else and that's all that needs required.
