After coming back to Idaho after 40 years I find it despicable, seems like it was lawless over 60 years ago and even more so now, when law enforcement stops with their lawlessness maybe they can start enforcing the law!
Working in the hospitality industry, this type of inappropriate behavior and egregious lack of professionalism is in epidemic proportion. Nothing changes😢
She will win if she can provide evidence that she complained in writing or video but after your fired its hard to prove she should of filed a complaint with the state and that is a Title 7 claim that goes to the government. The jury will decide if she gets past summary judgment
If you have to provide sexual harassment training (i.e. basic human decency and respect training) to your employees, you need to rethink your screening and hiring process. Anyone who has to resort to sexual assault or harassment to get off must be a giant failure in human behaviour and ought to be exiled from civil society. There is no justification for this. It is unequivocally deplorable and disgusting. If you find this offensive please contact a mental health professional or facility immediately and explain why you found this comment offensive. Hopefully, this will get you the help you desperately need.
@@debra6513 I must admit I am not too familiar with Idaho and I am sorry that is the current state of affairs. I am sure this attitude does not represent the majority of Idaho residents, but rather just a minority of the population whose belief system has been distorted to find this behaviour acceptable. I don't really know how to empathize with anyone who has this level of entitlement that they can do whatever they want to someone else without their consent. I have been trying to understand what causes a person to become this way, but the discourse I have had on the matter renders little to no clarity or understanding. On a positive note, I doubt this will affect the reputation of the infamous Idaho potatoes. Feel free to comment below with other noteworthy Idaho facts to counteract any defamation brought on by this story about some of the refuse in your state.
