Just took delivery of our new VMC10 service tech just set it all up . We will be making parts in no time. 1st job in will be multiple fixtures. I've used the fixturing operation a bunch of times . On the DPM5 , FHM7 . I've been running prototrak's since 1st gen when they had micro cassette to save program. Yeah I'm old.

Would appreciate a video on how to repeat the three separate fixtures continuously in a program for running two or three of the same parts, putting new material in, and re-running program with just the 'Go" button

All you have to do is add a repeat at the end of the program and tell it hw many times you want to repeat the entire program. NOTE: If your program has multiple tools in it, you need to select the first tool you are using so that the control knows that you want to use all of the tools in your program. I hope this helps! Can I adjust my base fixture offset once set?

Yes, when you highlight the base, just hit ABS SET. Keep in mind that all of your other offsets will stay incremental to the base so you may have to reset them as well. T.P.

Up to six. I know the screen shows more than that but you can only use six of them at a time. T.P.

Are you asking if the fixture offsets are set the same when using G-code? If so, yes. T.P.

@@trakingpat2750 yes because I m duplicating every tool process in the notepad with adding G55 to the copied one and it works fine . Because we're not allowed to modify the program but copying took time and need attention to detail. thanks for replying.

@@trakingpat2750 Hi there I searched how to run two parts with one Gcode it appears it won't. costumer's send us GCD for one piece .it works but I have to copy and paste each operation and add G55 in the copied one coz we're not allowed to modify the program.
