Resources from LA County Fire, Angeles National Forest, & LA County Sheriff responding on Day 1 to the “Bobcat Fire” up Highway 39 & West Fork Road. The fire is burning up in the Angeles National Forest and is making a threatening push towards homes. Residents are to be prepared to evacuate!

One of the Best Videos I've seen showing Fire Apparatus responding,especially the LACOFD!👍👏As always the LACOFD rigs are Awesome,but I Love those LACOFD Tankers,they look Fantastic! And those USFS ANF rigs also!👏It's already been said but Awesome Catches!👍

The initial response was confusing, First it was just BC 16 and E97 than a full brush that got cancelled than just a strike team of the five nearest engines than back to a full brush.

After thoroughly investigation I can conclude that it is an older code 3 Vcon Siren with manual usage.

Jarred Jackson that was the only road that fire units can use to respond up into the canyon for the fire. They didn’t want unauthorized vehicles going up there, unless you were a resident or first responder due to safety purposes. Negative it’s driven by someone from LA County Fire.

@@peanut111shorty That was most likely the Helicopter tender you saw, LA County FD Heli Tender's which carry fuel for the copters have the amber or yellow light bars.

Yes it was a helitender you can see the placards on it also at 3:45 you can see at Cal Fire helitender at the light
