This mom is thrilled to have stumbled on this channel! My 4th grader gets the concepts in class but when he comes home he stumbles over himself trying to remember. And frankly, I graduated from high school 30 years ago and I do all my equations in spreadsheets, so I'm having to learn all over again alongside my son ! This video was a breath of fresh air. I'm not sure if it's exactly how his teacher is teaching it, but it made perfect sense to him right away, it helps him show his work, and even more importantly, it made sense to me so I could support him! Thank you for your videos! They have been very helpful to my 5th grader. From the decimals, adding and subtracting fractions with different denominators. Once she does one or two of your examples she's able to get through all of her math problems.
