How do you make a building accessible for all senses? How can using all your senses in a museum building improve your art experience?
A multi sensory design approach in architecture: what can architects and designers learn from people with disabilities? And how does an inclusive museum space benefit the visitors experience of the artwork? Co-designing with blind and visually impaired experts, deaf and hard of hearing and experts in wheelchairs.
Interview with Jaap Breider
Film & Edit: Florian Koch
The Multi Sensory Museum is a project by the Van Abbemuseum (Marleen Hartjes),, Peter-Willem Vermeersch (architect) and Tomas Dirrix (architect) in collaboration with KULeuven.
