Vanakam sir, for the second video why its equal to Patm and also for the second video as well if didn't neglect the pressure of air is that will effect the final answer ? for the last, if in question didn't mention which point to start, how to know where is the starting point to calculate the overall pressure ?? Thank you sir, superb explanation with video. 😀😀😀😀

firstly i would like to thanks you! 2nd I have one question on the second example you now what if the fluid is influenced by the external pressure(atmospheric pressure) then what happens to the system?
@mr.noname6109
@mr.noname6109 4 года назад
In the 2nd problem the fluid is influenced by the atmospheric pressure. The only difference between the first and second problem is, in the first the pressure at B is gauge pressure and in the second it is atmospheric pressure ( you can consider it as gauge pressure). Whenever there is atmospheric pressure involved you always get the absolute pressure(as in the 2nd problem) on the other end of the multimanometric tube.
