The fun thing is, Shaggy canonically knows Batman. There's been like 6 Batman/Scooby Doo cross overs. And very impressive that they made the Ultra Instinct Shaggy meme a reality.

To explain the Super Shaggy Back during the last season of Dragon Ball Goku got a new power called Ultra Instinct where he would dodge around a lot. Because of this people started making a bunch of Ultra Instinct people and stuff from other things were dodging. Finally there was an edit of a scene from one of the Scooby Doo movies where Shaggy beats up a gang of bikers with DB music and the same blue glow Goku had titled "Ultra Instinct Shaggy l". This took off especially because few people had seen the movie and the scene was pretty cool which made it really stand out. From there people ran wild with making Ultra Instinct Shaggy a thing in of itself that caught the attention of a lot of people. They would all joke how he was holding back the whole time and that was only 1% of his full power. There's even a WB ad that has him pop out of nowhere grab Scorpion from MK saying "get over here". And now you have this.

The characters that were fighting Harley and Taz are Jake the dog and Garnet, from Adventure Time and Steven Universe, two Cartoon Network shows from the last decade. Funny how fast things become nostalgic

I'm so glad that this game actually has a dev team that cares AND a budget. I was scared we would have another Nick All Stars Brawl, which they did there best with but the Alpha for the game already blows it away. I can't wait to try out the Beta in July!

So if you guys don't know. The robot with Superman was a character from an animated late 1990's movie "The Iron Giant". It's a movie about a kid who meets a giant robot. It was dedicated to the director's sister who died by gun violence. He pitched it as " What if a gun didn't want to be a gun?" It's an amazing movie and is very heart felt. You should watch it some day. Hope this helped.👍

@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames its my favorite childhood movie I still regret the fact that when CDs became the new trend I didn't stop my dad from throwing away the cassette of it that we had, would've been a great memorabilia to have. You should definitely watch it, and record it if possible, we'd like to see your reaction to it.

The Arya/Bugs team makes sense, all things considered. The trailer isn't in your face about it (barely), but they have something in common. Regarding the famous bar fight from "Legend of the Phantosaur", Shaggy had been hypnotized...into not being afraid. He doesn't become stronger, or gain fighting knowledge. Shaggy beats up a gang of bikers (without attacking them, mind you*), and it's portrayed as something he could always do if he only had the courage. In addition to referencing Batman's team-ups with various incarnations of the Scooby gang, Shaggy leaping into Batman's arms is straight from the opening of "The New Scooby-Doo Movies". *Winning a fight by dodging around is similar to Goku's Ultra Instinct (which came after the bar fight, as Phantosaur was released in 2011), hence the memes. In this game, the meme is explained by a magic crystal the gang came across during a case. Eating the "rock candy" gave Shaggy powers.

Glad to see you guys checking this one out. I've been playing in the closed Alpha and can say the game is a lot of fun. It's free to play when it eventually comes out so you guys should give it a shot! I was unaware that the Iron Giant was at the end of this trailer so when he showed up, it was hard to hold back the tears, finally seeing him meet his hero. Keep up the great work, folks!

While the first two are the most likely given they are the poster children (weird dichotomy there for me since they're not really the heroes of the story most time), given this is dealing with various multimedia franchises under the WB umbrella, I would think Johnny Cage would be the best fit for any MK character. I mean, he was a guest in the mobile fighter Netherrealm did for WWE.

Moving can be tough for sure. Recommend joining as many clubs and activities as you can to meet people. Making new friends as an adult can suck. Felt very alone when I moved to Los Angeles. And we had each other but at times it still felt lonely. Hopefully you adjust to your new city quickly 😊🥳🥳😀

ok this is the list of the characters from DC: Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and Harley Quinn. Tom and Jerry. Adventure Time: Finn and Jake (the guy with the white hat and the yellow dog). Looney Tunes: Bugs Bunny and Taz. Scooby Doo: Shaggy and Velma. Steven Universe: Steven and Garnet (the kid who use a t-shirt with a star in his chest and the purple woman with glasses). Game of Thrones: Arya Stark. The Iron Giant (The Robot). and Reindog is a characters who was created for this game (it's the green dog next to finn). PD: this is the most epic cross over I've seen since Marvel vs Capcom and Street fighter x Tekken.

If you two really love crossovers I think you two should react to all the "Project X Zone" openings. (the "X" in the title is read outloud as "cross" as in crossover"). It started with "Namco X Capcom" but later started to include Sega and Nintendo in Project X Zone and Project X Zone 2. You also should react to All the Attack Exhibitions of Project X Zone and Project X Zone 2.

Actually, Super Smash Bros like games are not called "fighting" games. The term for them is brawlers, cause they are not like your regular fighting game, and more like a beat'em up games but on arenas. Thus why they are brawlers and not fighting games.

Played the alpha, was a lot of fun to finally play a decent Smash bros on Xbox. A few characters are noticeably overpowered but overall it was an enjoyable game. Pretty much only played Bugs Bunny though, he has a few fun combos with his bank safe, hole digs or rocket (which if you throw it up in the air, 20 seconds later it comes down and its always funny seeing people running into it)

I'm actually loving this so far. Wonder woman... Yeah I'm definitely feeling her. Can't wait to see how the full game turns out. Also with no ability to block and throw, all that edge guarding and just blocking and throwing that happens a lot in smash is non existent here. Hope they keep it that way.

Interesting no blocking. Works for us because we never block anyways haha. Also heard it currently isn’t couch co-op? Hope they change that as well 🤔

@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames yeah I do hope they have a local multiplayer. But so far so good especially since you can play against/with others on different systems. My friend came over with his laptop and I was on my ps4 and we teamed up like that. Just add your friends on your WB account and you're good to go
