MultiVersus Get Gold FAST Farming Trick 

Even if you're not grinding for gold, this is also an easy method to clear missions like the "defeat an opponent below 60" or "defeat an opponent while at higher damage than them"

I actually came up with a possible gold farming method that requires an ungodly amount of time and effort to set up, so basically when you play multiversus for the first time you start with around 5 toasts and as we know toasts give you gold. So if someone were to make an incredible amount of multiversus accounts, log in on a separate device, gold a custom match with the other account and use all their toasts, then log out and back in with a new account you would have unlimited gold. Is it realistic in the slightest, nope. Is it funny to think about, you bet.

Not sure if you've caught onto this, but it appears as of Patch 1.03, this trick no longer works. AI has wised and will just shuffle back and forth on the ledge until you return. Tried it against Superman, and he wasn't biting. I thought, "Well, maybe it's just a Superman thing. His horizontal recovery is pretty great." Next went against Jake, he did the same thing. RIP Morty flying saucer exploit.

Thanks for the tip Papa. From the footage I get this was filmed pre gizmo patch. So I just try the trick and it work post gizmo patch so gg. I would like to add that: 1. You don´t have to wait for the ship recovery if you kill yourself after the 1st kill 2. This is also a good method to replace the suicide glitch that got patched, since it works for missions like kill under 60 or kill while having more damage than opponent, etc ...

It also just works in the batcave vs solo bot. Just hop onto a platform and if the bot goes under they’ll exhaust their jumps then fall.

For those wondering, the offensive perk "Second Wind Beneath Your Wings," which refreshes your air special attacks after ringing out an enemy, doesn't work with Morty's ship (up special)

I also have a tip to possibly make this more efficient, when the match first starts you can walk to the edge of the map and hang out in the side of the wall and they will ko themselves. You have to do it right when the match starts though

I really liked the exploit where you could just hug the wall and continue wall jumping and the a.i. for whatever reason just SD on their own. It was easy and very quick, sometimes like 10 second rounds but with the recent Gizmo patch that exploit is gone now sadly :( I miss it already

Pretty certain this has been patched now..... all they do when I jump ship is just hang out at the ledge and keep dodging back to the ledge.

This exploit seems to be tagging alongside another exploit, except this can be done at all times in the match. The exploit I knew about on the other hand only can be done at the start of the match, but can be done with any character. Just go to the left side of the stage and immediately go off so you can hug the wall. This generally makes the bots run straight into the blast zones. Sometimes it's fast enough that they'll do it before the wall hugging staling stuff occurs. Couple note about doing this method though: - After a while the CPUs will just camp the corner after a while. I have a feeling that it's something to do with CPUs thinking you are off-stage when the game begin, then realize you are not after a while or something. - The Rick & Morty stage and the haunted mansion have destructable walls so you can't get into position, so there is a good chance you will not be able to destroy them fast enough to make the CPU SD as they'll probably hit you and reset their AI too hit you on those maps. I definitely think both these are gonna get patched in the next patch. I'm just curious if they'll look at records of people using this exploit and ban people for it, and how much they'd have to do it before it gets triggered. After all, even before I discovered this I did it a few times by accident because for a while I was trying to get them to go to the side so they try to come after me so I could spike them for early kills because the under 60 damage and under 120 second dailies. Only to see them go all the way out into the blast zone. Was really funny the first time I saw it =p

Sometimes just hanging off the stage wall will make the CPU SD, it usually only works on the first stock tho.

Daily match bonus used to be 200 Gold per day. Now it’s 100 Gold and it’s bugged so sometimes doesn’t work

Just wanted to say that line of code that says over 900,000 is there now when you check a characters rank at least 600 and down bc im rank 584 with shaggy and it says that but not with other characters I have who are lower rank. Not sure if anyone noticed

You don’t even have to be Morty, I’ve figured out that if you immediately hop off stage to the left and wallhug near the bottom, most enemies will immediately rush and dash straight into the blast zone for some reason. I haven’t tried this since the gizmo patch so no idea if it still works but it’s how I finished the first battle pass the night before.

So it takes about an hour to get 3000 gold. I calculated based on your explanation!!

I've already hit the 30k coins mark 230 Toast before even seeing this video, I don't have plans for getting that 50k Profile picture. I do hope they make something cool at 100k coins; something i will defiantly be saving for since i don't care for buying characters cause of the free cycle. Anyways this method seems nice, but im not buying morty for it and ill stick to dunking bots with supes.

So it takes 250 matches to get 3000 gold @12 gold per win. If each win takes 1min, it takes over 4 hours. Might as well buy the founders pack. But this method is good if you are short a few gold since its the fastest way.

If you really have no interest in playing Morty is it worth paying to unlock him just for this trick? (i kinda' think it is.) Not that i'm complaining as a Wonder Woman main but i need to get on some of these match-ups. Yes, including Morty, i'm factoring that in, but i don't even have no-brainers like BatMan or Bugs yet. :3

Tried this in order to get the new Black Adam icon, it doesn’t work anymore. They changed the ai and they don’t follow you off the stage anymore.

It is hard progressing in the game right now battle pass and gold I hope they make it easier soon because not everyone has the time to play a bunch of games to progress

Honestly the only problem with the strategy is the fact that Morty is tied for the most expensive character in the game so if you don’t already have them it’s gonna take a while for you to get him and if you’re really just looking for one character that’s cheaper it’s really easy to mess up and not get Morty or just don’t know about the exploit and suffer like me
