Rick seems like a simple character to learn, but one that has a higher skill ceiling with the portal. I bet that he and his teammates can do way more with it than you'd first think.

When Rick's moveset was leaked, he, along with his allies could freely go through them, and enemies could be hit into the portals. I know you can still technically do that, but only when one portal is out. When two portals are out, they shrink and only projectiles can go through them. It's kind of a shame that the crazy portal set ups from Rick's beta moveset were removed, but I guess they did that to avoid any stalling techniques, or from being able to just hit enemies into the blast zone.

I hope in Multiversus’ non-beta release they give Rick and Morty actual voice lines and not ones taken from the show. I also hope they give the already existing characters more interactions (especially Finn who literally has none)

I would say that putting a portal to the liquidator dimension and going through it would be a lot better as a losing animation

If you dodge or cancel out of the meseek command animation the meseek will stand in place and hit foe who come close.

You can push up or down on the control stick while using the box for different attacks. (sorry I don't know how to spell his name)

Why on the poor morty

The animation on this character fails at conveying weight well. When Rick lands on the ground, instead of crouching down from the weight of the impact of jumping, his upper body is motionless and his feet magnetically glide to the ground. When Rick enters a portal with his side special, instead of bending down and jumping into the portal, he magically glides towards it with his feet gliding away from the surface of the ground magically. When Rick is charging his side special in air, he floats without using any kind of rocket boots despite not possessing the ability to fly. It's probably not the fault of the animators because they're probably being rushed and crunched, but I think Rick's movement looks unconvincing and doesn't sell me. P.S. Why on earth does the camera in this game not keep the player at the center of the screen in training mode? It lags behind as if the camera operator is drunk, which I think is poor design. The player should always be at the center of the screen. P.P.S. I think Morty looks awful in 3D in this game. The lack of anatomical understanding in his character design is evident when he is translated directly into 3D without any adjustments. His eyes pop out grotesquely, like a bug, and his hair looks like a bizarre wig. Also, his closed mouth is difficult to distinguish from his skin, it should really have a texture.
