Street food in south asia is great in terms of variety and whats available in choices but it’s not hygienic them sellers hawkers know zero about HYGIENE. But street food looks delicious

@@shivumb4712 Those are not traditional egg fried rice ingredients. Most of the egg fried rice vendors using those ingredients to reduce the amount of eggs used for fried rice.

@Panfilo Pancratzio I don't know you are from which country, in India these street venders fill stomachs of poor with less impact on packet. Everybody can't afford hygienic food, and their immunity is better than others, as they are much used to these types of foods. It is better that they are getting something to eat rather than being hungry.

Very nice but a cheaper version of Chinese fried rice. What are all the spices. No msg l hope, since lndia has a high blood pressure problem, like the Caribbean people. Great Chinese style 👌 😋 fried rice less oil and more healthy ingredients. Do a video on your pepper sauce.

Yup, not doing the toss right, using a flat dosa ladle, putting soy directly in the rice, not using aromatics like ginger or garlic mince, incorrect rice to egg ratio, possibly no MSG. Too much hot sauce. Very little cooking heat. This is a very Indianized version. Not that that's wrong. It's just not as amazing as an aromatic Chinese or Thai fried rice.

@@averageboulderer Yes u r right with Indianized version coz in any street foods u 1st consider about local public tastebuds not authentic..it's the mantra for street food business 😊 Noticed as u mentioned no aromatic ginger & garlic, if u check after salt he drops 2 different ingredients which camera couldn't show..I guess it's not those but sure some imp aromatic flavourings which guess stays unknown.. anyone?
