because even girls are not free minded I'm not telling about you but many of the girls even my friend is not free minded she only share it with me and I am the one who helped her I have not got periods yet but still I know about it that is why help her mostly and almost all the girls in my class tell to me if they want any help from any boys or sir and then I am the one you confess

Krishna Sarkar Because males made it taboo & always placed negative connotations on it: a woman will spoil the cow's milk if she goes near it & many other ridiculous things thought up by males imaginations to belittle the females to make them feel ashamed & therefore enabling the males to feel superior to women because only women have the power to give birth to more dominating males. Around and around it goes to keep women submissive.

@@shishirsurin9061 PMS means premenstrual cycle syndrome. Syndrome usually refers to a collection of symptoms (problems). Here PMS refers to the time before the women undergoes menstruation, which includes mood swings, cramps, fatigue and other bodily disturbances due to hormonal fluctuations such as estrogen & progesterone. You should google it for more detailed explanation.

My sister got her first period about 6 month ago and she is 11 just after that she started suffering from epilepsy We asked the doctor why it is so He said that she got scared of periods and because this why she caught by this disease She knew about periods me and my parents explained her a number of time about it Even my father explained her ( he was the one who got us pads every time we needed it ) I think it is really important especially for teenage girls that they know about periods they should not be scared or ashamed about that
