Ladki Bahin was not needed. Congress has opened a nasty can of worms over the past couple of years by announcing these freebies in Karnataka and Telangana elections. MVA is insecure hence they too have followed Congress’s strategy. Who is at loss? General tax-paying public. How will they fund Ladki bahin? By siphoning money from Infrastructure funds.
