Ok, let's explain this real quick. Take group A, group A has a radio net on the ground using their handheld radios. Group A wants to talk to group B but they physically can't because they are too far away for handheld radio comms. Group A has a member carrying 2 radios, one for local radio net and one connected to a mumble client sending the conversations happening on group A's local net up to the mumble server over LTE. Group B is doing the same so now group A is able to talk to group B over his handheld radio through LTE because of the mumble server. Hopefully that makes sense.
