@@ori-onyxvyntarz3276 Scar literally has a big, yellow "S" on his shirt, and his hair is dark brown and short cut and Impulse has his 5 o-clock shadow, no mustache, and brown hair. It's the very final frame, so there might be video thumbnails and such in the way.

I don't remember when this happened. I'm guessing, based off of impulse's outfit, it was back in season 8, but beyond that, I have no recollection of this.
