It was a good video, but the thing is, you can’t use personal pronouns(even your name) because a MUN conference is very formal and you will lose your points if you use personal pronouns (like: I, me, you, we,etc.,). U can’t use personal pronouns or names because you are basically representing your country in the conference. But other than that, the video was informative for beginners.
You can use plural pronouns (we, our,etc.) when referring to a country. For example: "our perspective on [discrimination] is that...". Also, in some cases you CAN use personal pronouns, but only in the opening speech where you can say something like "I am honoured to be here today in the [human rights] committee to represent..." or "ways in which I feel we can move forward are..."
