Good morning ! how did you manage to switch to the application from “a4 thermal printer” to “a4 tattoo printer”? Because it registers the tattoo printer as a normal paper printer.
I think you would just have to leave the stencil ink pad on the trnasfer paper and the printer would just use the ink thats on it, so it basically just tracing the stencil for us really and with no ink needed
I encountered the same issue as you before! Their customer support guided me to update to version 2.6.1, and then click "Select model" in the upper left corner to choose a tattoo printer. After that, my subsequent connections were smooth.
