Hi I feel your pain it’s horrible, I suffer most if I’m not careful, my family have a history of IBS if I plan my eating right I seem to be ok, anxiety makes it much worse. But I do know of a few trigger foods but I am guilty of over indulging. I don’t smoke very rarely drink but I do like my food 😂 I do suffer with anxiety but I am trying to over come that and get out of my comfort zone more. I’m getting better at that and future things are going to force me to do that more which is a good thing I think 😬 but more on that in the distance future if plans come to fruition .
