It's super cringe and amateur specially since I've worked at many real restaurants that make real salads. This just looks like a slosh of chopped garbage.
I've once seen a girl try to order an Omelet with no eggs. The cook asked her - so you just want me to fry up some veggies for you? That's what she wanted.
@@michaeljabronis7271 I miss the Mc Shakers from Mc. Donalds. Those were awesome and they came in a cup. I also miss their Shaker fries with the seasoning packets. Ranch was my favorite.
ikr, they arent really skimping on meats or cold cuts but god forbid using more than exactly 4 triangles of paper thin american cheese for a footlong. i dont get it
I work at subway, we use the portions that the company makes us use. We make you guys pay extra bc if we don’t then it’ll create inventory issuestwhen we order the cheese from the supplier the money y’all pay for the extra goes there 🤷♀️ either way it’s also bc we get in trouble not using the right portions lol
Well, I'm guessing, these are really so called healthy people, and this is the last resort, like forgot or didn't have time to pack lunch for work or something like that. So they rather overpay, than go anywhere else that would be way more calories or carbs or whatever diet they are on.
@@RubyMVmistress Is subway really your best option in that scenario though? Like why not go to a place that probably actually has decent salads like panera or something?
its a nice way of saying what veggies would you like. instead of assuming he wants veggie. you'd be surprised by how dumb customers can be cause I work at a subway too thanks to millad. and fortunalty my manger doesn't have us do chop chop or "chaw- chaw" salads as some customers call it.
@@ianpanchana8001 I work at a Chick-fil-A and someone said he wanted a plan sandwich with just pickles, it was like 9 PM so I was tired and gave him exactly what he wanted, 2 pieces of bread and some pickles on it, he asked me where the chicken was and I told him he got what he asked for.
@@azv4375 This happened to me at Burger King once. I ordered a chicken sandwich which just lettuce and all I got was bread with lettuce. Idk why you would assume a customer ordering a chicken sandwich would just want a piece of lettuce or in your case, a couple pickles
There’s something about watching somebody go to town on a bowl of veg with a pizza cutter that just makes me laugh so much XD who decided this is how salads should be prepped lmao
Chicken Salad is a dish notorious for just chicken and mayo and maybe a pickle. There are no vegetables in it traditionally besides an occasional pickle.
Tbh this beats a lot of salads sold at pizza delivery shops. He takes the time to chop it up in bite sized pieces. I've had places give me 3 leaves of lettuce and an inch thick slice of tomato and call it a day. Put it in the same drivers bag as the pizza too so it's nice and hot for ya.
Did you want any plastic shavings with that sir? That's right sir, with every scrape of this sharp pizza cutter against this plastic bowl, we feed you small shavings of plastic, that you can barely see or feel. We don't use wooden utensils to mix a salad. We use sharp stainless steel. Yes sir you're absolutely right, this plastic is much softer than steel, ensuring the plastic scrapes off with every move. That's why we don't use wooden utensils with plastic, the wood is too soft and cant scrape the surface off. Enjoy your meal sir, stay healthy and come back soon!
The amount of cheese may be sad, but we have to remember Milad is literally filming at his work, it's probably some kind of policy that he has to make sure he's being in line with especially while on record
So in the UK at least we always put lettuce in the salad unless we get asked not to, So where i got trained we always got trained to ask if they wanted veggies, Ie tomato, spinach etc anything else so im assuming thats why milad asked as its the same? I could be wrong tho but im assuming just from when i got trained lol
it might be convenient to put all the veggies and chop them at once, but the taste is ruined. Anyone who is a salad eater knows that the size of the cut of veggies has a big impact to the overall result taste - wise.
Today I made a chopped chicken salad at Subway with provolone cheese, lettuce, spinach, and cucumbers, light oil and light mustard, and then I added some of their croutons on there and it was Deeeelicious when I had it!!
@@arnavbopche3558 it still depends tho. Because not everyone gets the same thing like everyone else. Everyone's different, and everyone has different tastes
Never ask the customer, just do it! If he wants something else, he will say it! Because they always get complicated if you ask them such things like "you just want one scoop?"
I don't really know why do people say that the salad is terrible. Like, yeah, it's not the best salad ever but Subway is not a restaurant too, it is fast food
Wow they never chop stuff up for me like that when I get a subway salad! I'm so jealous. Normally they give me rotten salad lol from the uk Whenever I get salads here it's the worse, just lettuce no dressing maybe a few other veggies and half the time rotten. Idk why. Usually at cafes.
i'll take my salad with no cheese and add a falafel to my big scoop of chicken, my veggies are spinach+onions+pickles+green peps+banana peps+Jalapenos+Black & green olives with extra pepper and extra vinegar
nobody really cares, its not like hes going to make it. i know you were just sharing your opinion but i think you're personally young and you need to know that the world isn't centered around you and most of the time you are at the bottom of the ladder.
