Youre right about Sett max HP on R but another thing is that his R also does YOUR max HP to YOUR allies as well with max damage in the center of the R. If Sett got a perfect angle, he could have launched you into your own team and nearly 1 shot them all with YOUR HP. I've only been able to get 1 penta using that fact so far as a Sett, Chogath ended up wiping his own team lol
10:00 Shyvana does have substantial percent health based damage on her E and don't forget her Q double procs it. Not exactly kog or vayne levels without phantom hit but you get the idea. Back in the days of sated devouerer she could even outduel a full build sated Jax just by facetanking him. That's how strong her build potential was.
@@yasserblidi9729 The Q double applies the damage just like Yi. Q cd is also reduced twice as much with phantom hits. It's just not a consistent build at the moment.

29:20 sett ult is based on the hp of the champ he locks on and is 40-60% of the bonus hp plus is aoe damage. with heartsteel swain, chogath and maybe vlad

Kingstix often knows and mentions when his Grasp and Heartsteel are up. I see the icon for Grasp above the ability bar, but how does he know his next auto will proc Heartsteel?
Pretty much knowing the cooldown of the item but also that when the cooldown is over a circle will appear next to the item. It will build up and suddenly turn red inside. That is when heartsteel will proc.
I main the champ and Mundo is not busted at all. Kraken slayer + bortk shreds him in seconds. Add in heal cut and his ult is useless. Anyone with kraken and bortk in core is good agaist him (which is just about every OP teir champ right now. When I see those champs show up I go with radiant as the extra healing and team heal is more useful than stacking more HP. Fiora, vayne, irelia, illioa, and a bunch of other champs run all over him.
I slightly disagree. Bruisers obviously win as they are broken, but regarding adc only vayne does really much dmg. The moment the q hits most adc are gone as the e is totally broken and they can’t escape much, especially if you got ghost as well.
Yeah I don’t think he’s really broken either. He’s pretty easy to deal with if you draft properly and itemize correctly. Once you look at his performance in diamond+ he’s arguably just “decent”.
