It’s a traditional recipe which most of us think as difficult one as our grand parents used to do them and not passed onto our generation.
But its not difficult at all and very simple as I am bringing this recipe with simple steps for you to try your own.
I bought the rice flour from store and I
recommend to roast again even if it's
already roasted.
பயறு - 400 கிராம்
அரிசி மா - 400 கிராம்
கோதுமை மா - 100 கிராம்
சீனி பாகுவிற்கு தேவையானவை
கருப்பட்டி - 150 கிராம்
சீனி - 300 கிராம் இலிர்ந்து 350 கிராம்
உப்பு - 1 தேக்கரண்டி
தண்ணீர் - 1 1/2 கப்
டிப்பிங் கலவைக்கு தேவையானவை
அரிசி மா - 2 கப்
கோதுமை மா - 1/4 கப்
உப்பு தேவையானளவு
மஞ்சள் தூள் - 1/2 தேக்கரண்டி
தண்ணீர் தேவையானளவு
பொரிப்பதற்கு எண்ணெய்
