Musically I agree with you, but since they both grew up together I don't know which one of them outranks the other when it comes down to the set, so I would say personally referencing their character and their personality I want to say that their technically almost the same if not one is probably more deeper in the streets

When Duke got out of jail after Von died he received his gift from Von. I don't believe that Duke was or is thinking about that & neither are anybody else who knows them.
