Murambinda ~ Bustling Rural Town / Buhera District / Manicaland / Zimbabwe 

I am from Jamaica. In 1985, I lived and worked in this area.My ex- husband and I taught at the secondary school.Mr. Chipere was the headmaster then. I remember that there was a hospital close to the school.There was also a small irrigation scheme where we bought our fresh vegetables and a grinding mill where we could get beautifully ground mealie meal from the chibage we took there.In that area I learned about Zimbabwean culture.The community was a kind and caring one and welcomed me with love.The Gore family comes to mind at this time. It is wonderful to see how the area has developed.I really miss Zimbabwe and hope to return there for a visit one day.

Good to see hardworking people going about conducting commerce. Rural Zimbabwe has character. New possibilities will arise from having the dam.

10:40 I saw the street lights installed by MP Chinotimba using devolution funds. I'm also encouraged by the urbanizatiom of rural zimbabwe 10 more years it will all make sense

I’m a Zimbabwean living in Los Angeles a long time, but if you get a chance make a video on the Gwayi shangani dam, the roads to it, the wild life around, the pipeline developments around, it’s proximity to the national parks, what wild life is around because no one else has done it yet

Murambinda growth point is huge n beautiful. Looks organized. Nice roads n the buildings a not in bad shape. They a building very nice houses too. Inspired to relocate. Thanx Mr Zim 🇿🇼 only knew this place name thru that oldie song Zambuko Paul Mpofu lol 😆

Nyazura never changed to a development. I left it like that nearly 30 years ago and it still looks the same. It's a shame
