Since prosecuting murder cases is expensive, it is prudent caution to pick battles so that the case’s conclusion is largely certain. Adam is just being a responsible administrator.

Do not make Civil asset forfeiture a threat where the prosecution can charge property and then steal said property from people without any conviction at all.

Because when I went to go see my grandmother in April of 2001 you could still bring guns everywhere. You have to be younger than I am to not remember it. Oh my goodness, that was Busmalis. It's funny how you always see actors from L&O in Oz or vice versa. Remember when Harold Martineau played a captured rapist whose activities had been curtailed a few years earlier when he was hit by a bus? He wasn't very convincing as a rapist and not because of the wheelchair. I looked at his eyes and all I could see was Augustus Hill. Best of all was when JK Simmons went from being Vern Schillinger, leader of the Neo Nazis, to playing the kindly Dr. Skoda, court psychiatrist.
