The Marder III H is the great equaliser when it comes to taking out heavy armour in War Thunder.
The Marder 3 tank destroyer in War Thunder sits at 3.0 BR in the German tech tree. The Pak 40/3 cannon is easy to aim, has 151mm of penetration and does really well against angles. It's a gun that you'd want on any tank destroyer at this BR and above!
The Marder III in War Thunder is a lightly armoured and highly mobile platform with decent handling, good depression and can deal with pretty much any tank it will face at its Battle Rating and above!
This German Tank Destroyer is a must for any Wheraboo lineup!

Late reply but a vehicle having tracks would not prevent it from sliding down a hill or slope especially if it's positioned horizontal to the slope and or if it's a loose surface like dirt or sand. If anything more distribution of weight horizontally would increase the vehicle chances of sliding.

@@minisciencedude i was referring more to fact that tanks slows to like 2mph at the sight of a bit of mud but yes i know, but not to the ridiculous extent in game at the moment. there's literal video evidence of tanks climbing steeper gradients than the ones possible in war thunder. and what is possible in reality doesn't always translate to game play. also some maps have spawn points where depending on your vehicle and upgrades ect sometimes you can't even get out of spawn, putting you at a massive disadvantage and often costing you advantageous early game positions. also on a lot of maps mainly sinai instead of doing some actual map design they just lazily stuck rocks everywhere rocks that tanks now struggle with getting over because they have no traction often leading to getting killed trying to get a small rock or just getting stuck entirely and having to J out because gaijin are lazy and can't be bothered to redesign their maps properly

@@minisciencedudemodern tanks have been able to climb up gradients higher than 60°. In war thunder they struggle to climb over a pebble.

That’s unintentional and a bug. We are going to nerf the German 7.5cm long guns to compensate. Additionally, all T-34 models will have their drivers hatch changed from CHA to RHA while also receiving a 20mm buff to its armor thickness. -Gaijin, probably.

I hear you, all the premium stuff is tempting, but I don't have money to burn. If you can get daily tasks done there are premium vehicles and bushes available in there. At least, that's how I'm hoping I'll get some of the fancy things.

3:50 I personally would never overlook the Marders, I grinded for them first specifically because it is always very rewarding to have the most powerful gun, even if you have to sacrifice armor to get it.

Odd that entrance in the castle on 9:10 there is an invisible rock that you steer around and always pulls you on right side. OR there must be some "Harry Potter" reason for that. I used this entrance few times and gave up on trying to figure out cuz it's.....but hey "Buy Ka-50" and you will forget all problems with the game...

Odd, I just got done grinding rank 2 for Germany and I did not like the Marder III H, even after I unlocked everything. Maybe it's the packet loss and other issues like ghost rounds, I could not shoot long range with it for anything and this thing should not be used for brawling.

Isnt it frustrating? U get 10 or more kills and in the end u lost the Match. Its very often and u cant do nothing against that! With ur highskills you should win every Match. Matchmaking sucks.

I’ve killed one of these things with a Sherman 105 from like at least 4 km away so I’ll tell you how the story began One of my teammates spotted this tank on a hill I was on the opposite side of the map with my Sherman 105 I was in arcade mode so I just lined up the gun scope and shot straight through the trees I didn’t think I would get a kill but guess what I did

I can only think of one spot that was really trolly that the traction reduced helped but that could of been fixed with 1 !!! Tank trap. I’ve been killed because I lacked traction way more times than by someone in a trolly spot. Ash river fixed that back door route by adding tank traps along its entry why couldn’t they just do the same on others!

The Traction mechanic is so bad if ur on a slope it will fuck with ur aiming because it shakes you whilst ur sliding down making it impossible to shoot, its so bad haha

I absolutely hate the new vaselined hillsides everywhere, and it really does not seem like most tanks should react like skiding on ice when they hit those slopes.
